The dish combines the aromatic and perfectly textured dark brown waffles, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, made from a special recipe, with fried chicken thighs marinated in spices, then breaded in flour and fried to crispy while remaining tender and juicy inside. The combination is surprisingly harmonious. To elevate the flavors even further, you can add creamy white French butter, maple syrup, gravy, and homemade chili sauce. The flavor is enhanced by the lettuce and the slight sourness of the pickled vegetables. It's such a delicious menu.
